"Book arrived looking used"
Ordered from rokomari thinking I’d get a fresh new book. But no. Bent corners, scratches on the cover, and a few pages already folded. Like someone had handled it before. The packaging was also really poor, just a thin cover with no proper protection. Paid full price for this, so yeah, disappointing. Not ordering again anytime soon.

"Rewards are nice, but they don’t feel very valuable"
I do like that rokomari gives loyalty points when I order books. It feels a little nice, like you’re getting something back. But the rewards don’t add up to much, and sometimes I’m not even sure how I’m supposed to use them. I’ve also felt a bit dismissed when trying to figure it out, like it’s just expected that customers already understand the system. The idea is good, but it really needs to be clearer and a bit more worthwhile.

"Arrived late, but it was okay"
My order ended up coming much later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. That said, everything was fine once it arrived, so I can’t complain too much.

The pickup part was literally smooth and happened without any issues, but the refund took longer than I expected. I had to reach out to support a few times before getting a reply, which was a bit frustrating. It got sorted eventually, but the delay wasn’t ideal.

I was kind of expecting the usual payment process to take a minute or make me jump through a few extra steps, but it was actually really quick and smooth. "Decent Order, Communication Could Be Better"
Not gonna lie, the order arrived fine and everything was okay, but the tracking updates were slow. I also had to wait a bit for support to get back to me. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think they could improve the communication a little.

I’ve ordered from rokomari a few times now, and most of the time the books arrived just as I expected. Delivery can be a little slow sometimes, but I do get the order emails and receipts properly, so it feels organized. Overall, I trust them when I want original books.

"Works Fine, But Can Be a Bit Slow"
Overall, the app does what I need it to do, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. That said, it definitely feels slow at times, which can get a little frustrating when I’m just trying to get something done quickly. I still use it, but I really hope the speed improves because it would make the whole experience so much better.

"Super Handy Gift Wrap Option"
I ordered a book from rokomari.com as a gift and chose their gift wrapping option. it was neat, simple, and looked way better than anything I could’ve done myself in a rush. It wasn’t overly fancy or dramatic, just clean and nice. My friend really liked it too, which made me feel like I had planned everything perfectly. Such a lifesaver when I don’t have time to wrap gifts myself. I’ll definitely use it again.

The books arrived on time, so hooray for that small miracle. They mostly look original, and the print quality was fine, but one of the covers felt a bit cheap, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Not terrible, not amazing—just kind of okay. Giving it 3 stars.

"Recommendations could be a lot better"
I buy books from Rokomari.com from time to time, but the recommendations don’t feel very useful. A lot of the books shown seem completely random, like stuff I’ve never searched for or shown any interest in. I end up wasting time scrolling through things I don’t care about. Also, it’s not really clear what I’m supposed to do next to improve the suggestions or update my preferences, so it gets a bit frustrating.

I ordered a few books from rokomari the whole thing went smoother than I expected. I kept thinking there might be some catch, like late delivery or vague updates just to keep me waiting, but they actually sent proper updates and the parcel arrived on the exact day they mentioned. The packaging was decent too, nothing damaged or messy. No extra hassle, no weird surprises, so overall I’m happy with the service
